The trucks, including a fuel tanker, were travelling on the Northern Highway near Heathcote on Friday when they each struck the wandering roo.
The collision damaged the brake lines of both trucks and temporarily caused congestion on the road.
Last month a man in his 30s died near Glenalbyn after the car he was travelling in swerved to miss a kangaroo.
