Daly had a great season across half-back for the Hawks to earn another George Ilsley Medal ahead of key defender Tim Hill.
Only five votes separated Daly and Hill, with midfielder Brodie Collins a further three votes behind in third. Michelsen Medal winner Brodie Filo was fourth, with star full-forward Matt Gretgrix fifth.
“Glenn probably doesn’t get the credit he deserves outside of the club, but internally he is highly respected,’’ Eaglehawk coach Luke Monaghan said.
Goal keeper Genevieve McColl was rewarded for her outstanding season when she won the A-grade netball best and fairest award ahead of Eleisha Lay.
One of the highlights of the night was the awarding of life memberships to club stalwarts Tim Nicolson and Aiden Metcalf. Both players registered their 200th games with the Hawks this season.
