ALLROUNDER: Cricket writer turned true crime storyteller Gideon Haigh will discuss his new book, Certain Admissions: A Beach, A Body and a Lifetime of Secrets, at a literary event in Bendigo on September 30.
The book focuses on the story of radio announcer John Bryan Kerr, who was charged with the murder of a young woman in 1949.
The free event will be held at the library from 6pm to 7pm on September 30. Bookings are required and can be made at www.ncgrl.vic.gov.au or on 5449 2781.
