The assault took place in Bendigo Marketplace shopping centre, between Donut King and Big W, on Saturday, July 25.
Police say around 3.45pm, a woman using a wheelchair was confronted by two women who shouted abuse and assaulted her.
The women – one believed to be in her late 20s and the other in her late 40s – allegedly threw chips, hitting the victim in the face, and threatened to tip her out of her wheelchair.
Police say the victim had her two children with her at the time and all were shaken by the incident.
The women were unknown to the victim and police have obtained CCTV footage of the attack.
Any witnesses to the incident or information about the women pictured can call Constable Fiona Guerin on 5448 1300.
