The mower is the latest of six mowers provided by Loddon Shire Council at recreation reserves across the municipality.
Mayor Gavan Holt handed the keys to the $33,500 KUBOTA F3690 72 mower to curator Leon and Wedderburn Football Club president Andrew Lockhart and treasurer Kevin Lockhart last week.
He said council had now donated six mowers, one each to Mitiamo, Pyramid Hill, Calivil, Bridgewater, Inglewood and Wedderburn.
The oval mower replacement scheme will continue on a 10 year cycle with all nine major recreation reserves being eligible for replacement mowers again commencing in 2023," he said.
"Our sporting grounds and facilities are of great benefit to Loddon Shire and its residents.
"We understand the social cohesion our recreation reserves and sporting facilities bring to our community."
Donaldson Park is used for football, netball, cricket and school athletics events, with the venue sometimes hosting other ceremonies, including funerals and wakes.
