The Braves won 83-73.
Bendigo had led by one point at three quarter-time, before finishing the stronger of the two sides in the final term.
Tony Lewis produced a double-double of 26 points and 11 rebounds for the Braves.
Mark Vigor (16), Grant Johnson (12), Josh Wilcher (12) and Kevin Probert (11) also scored in double figures for the Braves, who will now meet Mt Gambier in the grand final at Mt Gambier, which is likely to be next Friday night.
