Dellavedova connected on three of his five three-point attempts and added two free throws to be the Boomers’ second highest scorer.
Dellavedova played 21 minutes as coach Andrej Lemanis rotated his squad heavily in preparation for the Oceania Olympic qualifying matches against New Zealand later this month.
It was the Boomers’ third-straight loss on their European tour.
"We've made progress over the course of our 10 days here in Europe," Lemanis said.
"We've had the ability to work everybody into the group and our broader system is in place. Now we just have to refine both offensively and defensively those things that will hold us in good stead when we play in a couple of weeks."
Australia and Slovenia meet again on Wednesday morning (AEST) to round out the European tour.
