MOTORISTS are advised to keep clear of the Bendigo central business district if possible as a power fault has taken out a string of traffic lights in the area.
Several intersections around Pall Mall and Alexandra Fountain are affected. Police are directing traffic.
A VicRoads spokesperson said technicians were on their way to the intersections with generators to get the lights working again.
A power fault is suspected to be to blame for the problem.
