The Lady Braves dominated just about every minute on their way to a 92-55 win on the Bendigo Stadium showcourt.
Harrington, 41 points, and Stacia Robertson, 24 points and 14 rebounds, either cut through or over the Capitals defence.
Strong defensive play kept Canberra to just 23 points in the opening half.
The victory was Bendigo’s fourth in a row.
Stand-in coach Bernie Harrower was rapt with the team’s workrate.
Bendigo’s depth was tested again as Kelly Wilson, Elyse Penaluna and Tessa Lavey were unavailable because of Opals commitments.
“It was great to see our experienced players such as Kerryn and Stacia lead the way. Kerryn played a fantastic match,” said Harrower.
Younger team-mates played their part at both ends of the court in one of the club’s best wins this year.
