The under-19s clash will be the first round in the battle for the Brian Molony Cup at Bendigo’s Queen Elizabeth Oval.
Conway has starred in defence for the unbeaten Strathfieldsaye Storm.
Conway and the Ryan twins, who are from Mildura, were team-mates at the Bendigo Pioneers in last year’s AFL Victoria TAC Cup under-18s competition.
Birchip-Watchem’s Dale Hinkley also earned selection for the first of three big games to be played on Saturday.
Tom Atkins from St Joseph’s in Geelong will captain.Ararat’s Liam Cavanagh is vice-captain of the Damien Sexton-coached VCFL under-19s team.
The under-19s match will start at 10.15am.
