Victoria Police have posted to Facebook, Epsom man Daniel Damon has been arrested today.
Police said Damon was arrested in the Narre Warren area at about 2.10pm.
He is assisting police with their inquiries.

VICTORIA Police has tweeted it's following up on several lines of inquiries about the whereabouts of wanted Epsom man Daniel Damon.
WEDNESDAY: Wanted Epsom man Daniel Damon is yet to turn himself into police, despite taking to social media this week to protest his “mugshot”.
A spokesperson for Victoria Police on Wednesday morning said he had not taken up the offer for a new photo.
Victoria Police posted an appeal for information on its Facebook page on Monday.
Damon responded to the photo used, requesting “a better photo” as it was “a horrible mugshot”.
Victoria Police responded, "Hi Daniel, please visit your nearest police station and we'll arrange for a new photo to be taken."
Multiple warrants have been issued for Damon’s arrest after he failed to answer bail for traffic and drug matters.
Damon is known to frequent the Bendigo and Melbourne areas and may be living in St Kilda. His Facebook page says he lives in Horsham.

TUESDAY: AN Epsom man who is wanted by police has described the situation as a "stick in the mud".
Daniel Damon's photo has appeared all over social media after the 25-year-old failed to answer bail for traffic and drug matters. Multiple warrants have been issued for his arrest.
Victoria Police posted an appeal for public information on its Facebook page on Monday.
Damon responded to the post by describing the situation as a "stick in the mud", with the meaning unclear as the phrase is generally used to describe a person who lacks imagination or initiative.
Damon also commented on the photo Victoria Police posted of him.
"Can you use a better photo (though). This is a horrible mugshot," he wrote.
Victoria Police responded.
"Hi Daniel, please visit your nearest police station and we'll arrange for a new photo to be taken."
Damon also commented on a post on the Bendigo Advertiser's website.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman said as of 7pm on Monday, Damon was yet to be arrested.

MONDAY: POLICE are appealing for assistance from the public to help them locate Daniel Damon.
Warrants have been issued for the 25-year-old Epsom man’s arrest after he failed to answer bail for traffic and drug matters.
Damon is described as 180cm tall and has a medium build.
He was last seen with brown hair and eyes and a fair complexion.
He also has numerous body tattoos.
Damon frequents the Bendigo and Melbourne areas and it is believed he may be living in St Kilda.
Investigators have released an image of Damon in the hope that someone may have some information on his current whereabouts or be in a position to urge him to hand himself into Victoria Police.
