Bendigo will play its first home game since mid-May when it plays at Epsom-Huntly Reserve.
The match will provide a gauge on the Miners’ premiership prospects as they are second on the ladder and two wins behind Cerberus.
Bendigo has an 8-2 win-loss record.
The last time these clubs met, Cerberus thumped the Miners 51-19, but Bendigo has strung five successive victories since then.
In the previous clash, Bendigo’s backline was disrupted by an injury to Phil Keech early in the match.
Cerberus exploited inexperience in the re-organised Bendigo backline.
The Miners have strengthened their midfield since then by recruiting Zion Faia and Latu Paongo.
Saturday’s match will be played at the Epsom-Huntly Reserve in Midland Highway from 2.30pm.
