The awards are held on behalf of the Australian Information Industry Association to honour companies at the cutting edge of innovation.
MiBanker was launched in January this year to help the bank's business customers grow and better manage their business.
Bendigo Bank head of business banking Stephen Gorman said receiving the award was testament to the value of the app in managing relationships, helping to educate time-poor business owners and ultimately creating deeper connections with customers.
"Our business customers tell us that it’s not easy to be across all aspects of running a business, from cash flow and general business management challenges, to cost control, staffing and future planning," he said.
"They want the flexibility to source information they want to receive. With miBanker, our customers choose the information they want to receive, at a time and place that suits them.
"The app provides a wealth of relevant video content at their fingertips, helping them make better business decisions and staying connected and better informed about the issues that matter most.

The bank created the app in partnership with bhive GROUP - a communications firm focusing on customer engagement.
