About 26 stallholders have signed up to sell their preloved designer or vintage fashions at the Take 2 Market, with prices set to range from $3 through to $150.
Organiser Joanna Sim said market-goers were guaranteed to pick up a bargain. She said about 500 people were expected to attend the market.
"The market is about fashion. We try to promote designer brands. We screen everything that comes in. We don't want fashion that is going to fall apart after three washes," she said.
"It's also about promoting sustainability. We want to keep clothes out of landfill. This is a good way to do it."
The market was last in Bendigo in October, 2014.
Ms Sim said while it was based in Melbourne, the market regularly travelled to regional cities.
The market is on at the Bendigo Town Hall from 10am to 4pm on Saturday. Entry is $3.
