Squads representing football-netball leagues and netball associations in the region will contest the 13-under, 15-under and 17-under age groups.
The top two teams in each section go through to the Lumo Energy Netball Victoria Association Championships finals in Melbourne on June 28.
More than 400 girls are taking part in the Echuca qualifying event.
Squads from Golden City, Bendigo-Strathdale, Bendigo FNL, Loddon Valley FNL, North Central FNL and Heathcote and District FNL are among those playing.
They face competition from as far afield as Horsham, Mildura and Swan Hill.
