Dupuy believes the competition is so balanced, teams have to be firing from the first whistle.
For the Grasshoppers, their first six rounds have been a rollercoaster, with the A-grade team losing three games by a combined 11 goals.
Dupuy said she was disappointed the team had not been able to capitalise on chances, but said the narrow losses would inspire her team to be better.
“More wins would be nice, but I think the competition has evened out a lot this season," she said.
Dupuy said she knows her team has the ability to be one of the best in the competition.
She said their match on Saturday against Huntly, who has had a similar start to Colbinabbin, should be an entertaining match.
“They are definitely a lot stronger than they have been over the past few years, so they will be a tough opponent,” Dupuy said.
“We need to string four quarters of solid, intense netball together.”
