Mott and David Patterson from Kangaroo Flat-based Underdog Ultimate Muay Thai both marked their kickboxing debuts on the Young Guns #3 card at the Croatian Centre in Footscray.
Competing in the welterweight class, Mott won all three-by-two-minute rounds.
"Beaudin won in spectacular fashion," said trainer Phil Chapman.
"He showed great defensive skills as the bout went on and outpunched his opponent.
"A lof of his strikes by hand or foot put his opponent off balance," Chapman said of the kickboxing contest.
Patterson fought in the middleweight division of modified Muay Thai.
"David's opponent fought really well. He was just too strong on the night.
"Although disappointed not to have won, David will have learnt a lot from the experience."
Chapman said levels of fitness for martial arts, especially kickboxing or Muay Thai, were far different to football.
A major focus for Patterson leading into his next bout will be on fitness and balance.
Chapman said a goal was for Mott, Patterson and Harley Every, a welterweight in modified kickboxing, to be on the June 26 card at Brunswick. It would be Every's debut.
