The event is one of many across being held across Australia, with the aim to raise awareness of the diversity and quality of Australian produced wine.
People are encouraged to support the Australian wine industry and local producers.
Wine Bank has chosen to support the event by creating a list of wines available by the glass which showcase the best grape varieties from each region in Australia.
"Wine Bank has always had a strong focus on local produce, whether it be for use in our kitchen or out love for fine wine," Wine Bank owner Mark Coffey said.
"With the quality of the Australian wine industry today it's tough job selecting which wines make the cut to put on our shelves."
Wine Bank sommerlier Josh Quilty encouraged central Victorian residents to support the cause.
"This is a great chance to show people not only some of the best regions in Australia but also show people a bit about some of the outstanding examples of those lesser known varieties," he said.
Aussie Wine Month is in its fourth year.
The Wine Bank is located on View Street.
