The club received a grant from the state government two years ago to upgrade its ageing venue in Strathfieldsaye.
Dodgers secretary Luke Barkmeyer said the club deserved the facelift.
"We got the grant two years ago for two player enclosures and a batting tunnel," he said.
"We have been working with the City of Greater Bendigo to get everything done.
"The players will now be much more comfortable and have a lot more room to move on game day.
"Our tunnel would be as good as any in the state."
Barkmeyer said the upgrades were well overdue, with the club's last upgrade back in 1992.
He said the makeover would help to better develop its junior players.
"We have a state of the art pitching machine, there is only a couple of the machines in Australia," Barkmeyer said.
"It means we can practice 365 days of the year in any weather conditions.
"Juniors will get to have more practice on their swing."
Barkmeyer said the pitching machine would also be of use to cricket clubs.
"The bowling machine is a multi-purpse machine," he said.
Strathfieldsaye's next home game will be on Sunday when they take on the Scots Baseball Club.
