A police helicopter buzzed overhead after reports came through about 3pm of a large group of teens fighting in the park.
Leading Senior Constable Jan Mackay said police were making inquiries and taking statements from witnesses and those involved in the blue.
She said two girls, aged 15 and 16, were seen fighting.
Police are reviewing footage of the commotion.
A large group of teenage onlookers were gathered in the park at the time of the incident.
Leading Senior Constable Mackay said the air wing attended the call as it was passing over Bendigo at the time.
