Charter Hall bought Lansell Plaza from the Centro Group for $32.5 million in January.
Charter Hall’s head of retail asset management John Courtney said they believed shopping centres served a vital role in a community.
“We are very excited to be introducing this new name for our centre," he said.
“We believe people should feel at home from the moment they walk through our centre doors and our aim is to make our customers feel relaxed and supported while they shop.
"We are committed to working with our retailers to continue to provide the Bendigo community with an enjoyable and dynamic meeting place.”
New signs will be installed over the coming two weeks.
Last week it was announced the centre would get a $31 million makeover with plans currently before Bendigo council.
“We are looking to redevelop Lansell Plaza to provide an enhanced retail centre with new and improved facilities for the community and our retailers,” a Charter Hall spokeswoman said.
“As we are currently in the planning phase, with our development application before council, it is too early to comment on the details of the redevelopment plans.
“We look forward to being able to provide a full update on the redevelopment over the coming weeks.”
