I've always had a great respect for you, George, but your letter smacks of some alternative agenda. 

To launch such a hostile attack upon what was a fantastic night with petty little complaints is unworthy of you being a former Citizen of the Year. 

I guess this must be part of your drive to stand for council, and if it is I applaud you. 

But don’t use our great paper to take a cheap shot at the executives and councillors of this great city.
