The Grant Lane-coached under-18 team came close to sealing their first win but had to settle for a 3-3 all draw, with Brunswick scoring the equalizer late in the second half.
Bendigo’s Bu Gay Soe, Pleh Eh Ywa Hlaing and September Htoo all scored.
Bendigo City’s under-16 side bounced back from last week’s loss to Avondale Heights winning 7-0.
The Ryan Pollard-coached squad now sit third on the ladder.
On target were Adam Dwyer, Bah Blu Htoo Kunoo and Tyler Rayson each scoring two with Merkel getting a single.
The under-15 and under-14 teams continued Bendigo’s fine form on Sunday.
The Aaron Vickers-coached under-15's won 6-1.
Goal scorers were Luke Burns 2, Jordan Wanefalea, Oliver Huzzey, Matthew Gallagher and Alastair Merkel all finding the back of the net.
The Heath Trathen-coached under-14's won a thriller, the final score 2-1.
Jesse Mathews and Flynn Perez both scored after two great team play's.
Bendigo’s youngest squads were defeated by Brunswick City.
The Marcus Dawson-coached under-13 team went down 4-1 (own goal) and the under-12's lost 2-1, with Corey Hogan scoring Bendigo's only goal.
Bendigo City FC juniors will again hit the road for its round seven clash of the Victorian PS4 NPL WEST league.
The will travel to Partridge Street Reserve Lalor where they will meet the Whittlesea Rangers on May 3.
