CCB and the BSSC Lions wil be determined to chalk up victory and be in the running for the finals series when they clash at Queen Elizabeth Oval.
The match on the iconic ground in View Street starts at 1pm.
In last year’s series, Bendigo Senior was runner-up to Box Hill.
The Lions run to the final included a four-point victory against CCB.
Line-ups for both colleges have changed dramatically from a year ago.
Both schools are stacked with players from the Bendigo Pioneers under-18s squad and several who are starring in the Bendigo Football League’s senior competition.
Players to watch for CCB include Pioneers clubmates John Harvey and Isaac Miller who play for Sandhurst and Golden Square respectively.
Midfielder-defender Jack Coghlan has starred for Sandhurst’s seniors.
The marking power of Jordan Rosengren, Fergus Greene and Xavier Crone will be a key to CCB’s play.
