The NSW Swifts sharp-shooter notches up her 100th match against Northern Mystics at the Sydney Olympic Sports Centre.
It has been a big week for the 28-year-old, after she was also named in the extended Australian Diamonds squad on Wednesday, ahead of the 2015 World Cup.
Thwaites made her debut with the Melbourne Vixens in 2008, won a premiership with them in 2009, then moved to New Zealand to spend three seasons at Central Pulse.
She returned in 2014 and joined the Swifts.
“I feel very humbled to be able to be part of that (century) group and have my name sit alongside some greats of the game,” she said.
