Held at the Castlemaine Botanical Gardens, Bryant took line honours ahead of masters legend Heather Carr, 65, of Melbourne and Bendigo’s Annette Major.
The win was Bryant’s first over Carr, who has set more than 50 world master records over the past 30 years.
Carr was also inducted in to the Australian Masters Association Hall of Fame this year.
Bryant, also in good form, claimed three gold medals at the Australian Masters Championships earlier this month.
The 60-year-old is now planning on contesting the World Championships in France later this year.
“I am very grateful for the O’Keefe Trail, which has been my training track for the past 20 years,” Bryant said.
“I love keeping fit and pushing to the limit.”
