Karly Lynch, 31, faced the Bendigo Magistrates Court on Thursday on two charges of driving under the influence of methamphetamine.
The court heard police pulled Lynch over on Kirkwood Road in Eaglehawk at 3am on November 1 last year.
A preliminary test showed Lynch tested positive to having ice in her system.
Prosecutor Senior Constable Tony Graham said when she was questioned by police, her only answer was "no".
She later admitted to having consumed ice earlier in the evening.
Police also intercepted Lynch at 9am on February 3 this year and conducted a drug test.
The preliminary reading showed the presence of methamphetamines, or meth.
Senior Constable Graham said Lynch admitted to consuming meth on the weekend but did not think it would still be in her system.
Both drug readings returned positive results after they were sent to Melbourne for confirmation.
The court heard Lynch had been battling an ongoing addiction to methamphetamine and has sought treatment on several occasions.
Her defence counsel said she had been off the drug for 46 days since she was pulled over for a second time.
He said the length of time was an "accomplishment" for Lynch.
A letter from Lynch's doctor was tended to court, along with a positive letter from her employer, speaking of the likelihood of her turning her life around.
Magistrate Richard Wright said he sincerely hoped Lynch could remain away from the drug.
"I've taken into account the work you've done on your drug problem, and expect you to stay on the straight and narrow," he said.
Lynch had her licence suspended for six months from February 16 and was placed on a 12-month good behaviour bond.
