It was a very good service at an affordable cost. 

Private enterprise will take over. History has shown that when that happens, the cost blows out. eg. electricity. 

I used to be afraid of the dark. Since I got my last bill, now I'm afraid of the light. 

I'd like to know what the cost of the replacement HACC services will be after the council pulls out. 

There has been no indication that I know of. 

A friend got a private company to do her shopping twice. 

The bill was $120. More than the groceries. 

No pensioner can afford that.
