Ebony Crump, 26, was granted bail in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court on Thursday facing six charges including trafficking ice, handling stolen goods and dealing in property suspected as being the proceeds of crime.
The stolen items - including a ute, a Mitsubishi Lancer, Kawasaki and Yamaha motorcycles, a car trailer, welder and generator - were found at Crump's residence on Pyramid-Yarraberb Road at Raywood during a police raid on February 25.
Two men have been charged with the theft of the vehicles and items, stolen from Eaglehawk, Bendigo and Castlemaine.
During the raid, police found three grams of the drug ice - with an estimated value of $3000 - in a safe at the property.
A "tick sheet" was also found, detailing people Crump allegedly sold drugs to. Crump allegedly had more than $500 cash in her underwear during the raid.
While searching the property, police also found a stick of dynamite on top of the television.
Detective Senior Constable Michael Thompson, of Bendigo CIU, said evidence on Crump's phone indicated she had been dealing ice.
He said police opposed bail as there were "genuine" concerns of re-offending.
"There are concerns that this den of thieves will be able to continue to operate," Detective Senior Constable Thompson said.
"I believe she will continue to traffic drugs and will continue to contribute to the trafficking of drugs in the greater regional Victorian area."
The court heard Crump had moved into the house one month ago, but will be evicted within two weeks.
A relative of Crump's children offered her home for temporary housing to allow Crump to be released on bail.
She said her life had turned around in the last 12 months after the death of her father, when she began to associate more with a new group of men.
The woman said Crump was an "intelligent woman and a great mother" and "the best of her" would be brought out if she was granted bail.
Magistrate Jennifer Tregent said Crump was fortunate that her extended family was prepared to allow her into their home.
"She has fallen into bad company and if she continues to associate with these people, she will just be put back onto the whole thing again," she said.
"Don't let anybody track you down. Cut those connections from your life. Just running into someone on the street could end in them asking for a "point", then it could all just start again."
Crump will reappear in the Bendigo Magistrate's Court on March 30.
She has been placed on a curfew from 9pm to 6am and is not allowed to possess a mobile phone.
