The event saw about 400 women don teal ribbons or dress themselves in teal, the international colour for ovarian cancer, while being catered for with food and drinks and entertained with prizes and giveaways.
Ovarian cancer ambassador Lisa Smith said she was "overwhelmed" at the number of women who had turned out for the event, with 400 tickets sold.
She said the event had been so successful organisers ran out of raffle tickets and had to make an emergency dash to get more at one point.
"It's fantastic, really exciting," she said.
"It’s a beautiful day, we’re extremely lucky that the weather is so nice.
"Everybody’s very happy to support the cause and listen and be educated about ovarian cancer and what a nasty, horrible disease it is."
Ms Smith said a lot of men and workers who couldn't leave their workplace had bought virtual tickets and held their own tea.

"So they're still here in spirit, which is nice," she said.
She said while the official fundraising total was yet to be calculated, organisers were still hoping to raise between $15,000 to $20,000 for Ovarian Cancer Australia.
She said the event had grown from a small afternoon tea last year which had a total of about 30 people attend.
"It's definitely be something we will do every year," she said.
Ms Smith said she realised they would need to increase the catering and possibly the marquee size next time.
"We'll make it bigger and better for next year," she said.
