The Expo is for administrators and coaches at all senior and junior clubs across the Central Victoria region.
"It will provide an opportunity to expand on the strategic plan for football in our region and give an opportunity to elaborate on some of the social educational issues we are tackling in 2015," AFLCV regional manager Paul Hamilton said on Wednesday.
"They include promoting respect and responsibility for women in clubs as part of our game's push to eradicate violence against women."
The Expo will also include a presentation from the Australian Drug Foundation, Headspace and Sports Chaplaincy Australia.
"Clubs will also be updated on important local issues, such as the launch of the Junior Academy and umpiring in our region, as well as state-wide issues, such as player payments and competition equalisation," Hamilton said.
"There will also be specialised sessions for coaches, presidents, secretaries and treasurers, giving the opportunity to bounce ideas off each other."
The netball component will feature a presentation from Netball Australia's Joh Curran, as well as topics covering junior development, umpiring, coach development and education on the new "My Netball" registration process.
As an incentive, if three members of a club's netball executive attend, the club will receive a $50 Australia Post voucher.
"The commission is pleased to provide this opportunity for clubs from the BFNL, LVFNL, BJFL, HDFNL and the NCFL to come together and work on the future of our game," Hamilton said.
Sunday's AFLCV Expo begins at 10am.
