The Innes Motors-sponsored international women's madison will be raced on March 7, which doubles as women's night at the Tom Flood Sports Centre.
Feature events will be the women's madison and the Flack Advisory-backed women's Black Pearl 400m running classic.
On the cycling track it will be the all-Tasmanian team of Macey Stewart and Lauren Perry that is one of the favourites.
Their opponents include Bendigo ace Tayla Evans joining forces with Hayley Jones.
Last September, Stewart won the time trial at the junior world road titles in Spain.
Chief executive officer for the Bendigo International Madison, Rik McCaig said the team of Stewart and Perry would be tough to beat.
"They have a lot of power from road racing and were gold medallists in the teams pursuit at this year's national track titles."
Team-mates in that gold medal-winning feat were Georgia Baker, Amy Cure and Lauren Perry.
McCaig said a big weekend of cycling action begins on March 7 when the RACV women's criterium and Andy's Earthmovers men's criterium are raced along Pall Mall and through Rosalind Park.
The criterium action starts with the women's event at 6.20pm. Riders will contest seven sprints in the 20-lap duel.
The men's 30-lap criterium starts at 7pm. Sprints will be contested at 20 and 10 laps to go.
"It's terrific we have a new sponsor in RACV for the women's criterium," said McCaig.
Entries for the street races close this Sunday.
Andy's Earthmovers has again kicked in to sponsor the Golden Mile Wheelrace.
McCaig Airconditioning has again teamed with Daikin to sponsor the Bendigo International Madison
The carnival finale on March 8 will feature Glenn O'Shea and Jack Bobridge, multiple world champions in various track disciplines, and Germany's Leif Lampater and Christian Grassman.
Bendigo's Sam Crome joins forces with Dutch ace Roy Pieters to pursue back-to-back titles.
