Quest smashed BLTC Rising in Saturday's play to vault from last place into the top four.
BLTC Quest now has a six-point buffer to Rising Sun and BLTC Metro as the finals race heats up.
In Saturday's all-BLTC match, Quest beat Rising Sun, 9-89 to 3-65 at the Bendigo Bank tennis complex in Nolan Street.
There were winners all over the court for Quest.
Ryan Leader won three sets and a host of Quest players chipped in with two.
It was a dirty day for Rising Sun as no player won more than a set.
The Suns have fallen to equal last on the ladder.
The all-Spring Gully match ended in a 13-game win for Eppalock Fencing against Butteflies.
The Eppalock Fencing team won 8-73 to 4-60.
Tim McNamara and Bronwyn Osborne won their three sets.
Matt Hartland won his three sets, but it was a lone highlight for Spring Gully.
The Butterflies now sit 14 points away from both first and third on the ladder, seemingly locking them into second place.
Spring Gully Brougham Arms beat BLTC Metro, 9-86 to 3-55.
It was a clinical display from Brougham Arms as Chris Chiappazzo won his three sets and Fraser McCarthy and Jess Hartland won two.
Metro's Zac Lethlean had a big 8-2 win against Brougham Arms captain Jamie Brown and Jordan Hicks scored an 8-6 win against Michael Smyth.
