Organiser Peter Sweeney said the reunion would celebrate the 60th anniversary of the former college.
''Now the Junortoun campus of Catholic College Bendigo, the big brick buildings and sprawling grounds started life as St. Vincent's College on February 8, 1955, when 43 boys began as boarders,'' Mr Sweeney said.
''St Vincent's - whose students were known as 'Grasshoppers' because of their green and gold uniforms - closed in 1977.''
Mr Sweeney said the reunion would include a gathering at the Marong Cup race meeting at Bendigo racecourse on February 7 and a 10am mass at St Kilian's on Sunday.
He said people wanting to book for the race meeting or get more information on the reunion could phone him on 0458 509 560 or Chris Coughlan on 0417 997 446.
