Inflatable World Bendigo has opened with a bang in Golden Square bringing a new play space for adults and children alike.
The franchise business was opened by John Werner who said a lot of the inflatables encouraged people to go out on a limb and challenge themselves.
"It's for adults, we encourage adults and children to come along," he said.
"I had one of our customers say, in reference to the velcro wall, that he had never wanted to throw himself at something until now."
The business has opened in the Major League Indoor Multisports in Waterson Court.
By day the large shed houses more than 15 blow-up activity areas and by night the shed is filled with indoor netball, cricket and volleyball players.
Mr Werner said the set up made the best use of the space as previously the space wasn't used throughout the day.
"We pack everything up at about 5pm and then after all the sport has been played we set up again for the next day," he said.
"The area was a blank canvas for us throughout the day."
Mr Werner said with ten other Inflatable Worlds in Victoria the activities would never get boring for customers.
"We can rotate activities with the other businesses," he said.
"We can take the ones we don't have from them every now and then."
Mr Werner said the most popular activities so far were the cliff jumps and velcro walls.
"We have slides, jousting areas, tunnels and other bouncy things," he said.
"There is Daredevil Island with a ladder you climb and then make the choice to slide down or jump down.
"We also have a children under 5 area too with a ball pit and inflatable tunnels."
The business is open from 10am until 4pm during the school holidays.
It will then resume normal opening hours, Friday to Sunday from 9am to 6pm.
