A highlight of the junior program will be the under-17 boys' 7.5km scratch race championship.
First nine in the two heats qualify for the final.
The in-form Isaac Buckell and several of his Bendigo clubmates will be aiming to capitalise on home-track knowledge.
Final event on the program will be the Victorian 10-mile motorpace championship.
Leading contenders include Bendigo's Braeden Dean and Brendan Schultz against the likes of Ryan Schilt, Cameron Parlevliet, Kyle Marwood and Haydn Bradbury.
Feature event on Sunday's carnival is the Lindsay Harrington Memorial Wheelrace (2000m).
First five in the four heats advance to the Harrington family and City of Greater Bendigo-sponsored classic.
Racing at the Barnard Street track on Sunday starts with the juniors at 2pm. The senior program begins at 6pm. Admission is $5 adult, $3 pensioners, free for under-16s.
