Mr Clark said he was stoked to have taken out the reader voted prize again, but more importantly had a lot of fun doing it.
“For me to win that’s just stoked me, but I just love doing it,” he said.
“I love seeing people get enjoyment this time of year when there’s so much sadness in the world.”
His display features a dog and a cat coming out of a boot, nutcrackers, toy soldiers, an aeroplane and about 15 elves.
The centrepiece is Mr Claus astride a Harley Davidson which Mr Clark has dubbed the ‘Santa Cycle’.
He said the amount of photos that had been taken and put up on Facebook was unbelievable.
“Kids just love it and I let everybody come in, they can come in the yard and have a look at things,” he said.
“That impact helps make it a lot better, people interact a lot better than just standing out on the footpath having a look.”
Mr Clark said he already had plans on the drawing board for next year and would be spending his prize voucher on more cut outs.
“You betcha I will be, I gotta get more wood and start cutting again,” he said.
The lights can be seen at 240 Holdsworth Road, North Bendigo.
