The woman was charged on Saturday with aggravated burglary and intentionally causing injury.
Echuca police believe there were multiple offenders involved in an aggravated burglary in which a 40-year-old man was stabbed in the stomach with a knife.
Police are investigating other persons of interest.
SATURDAY: POLICE are investigating after a man was stabbed in an altercation between two men at an Echuca house on Friday.
Sergeant Justin McAuley of Echuca police said a 40-year-old man was taken to Echuca hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being stabbed in the stomach with a knife.
He said the altercation took place about 1pm at a private residence in Echuca south.
The offender was in his mid to late 20s and had fled the scene before police arrived, Sergeant McAuley said.
He said the two men were known to each other and both parties were known to police.
