The Bendigo duo qualified for the tournament, which saw the Aussie contingent take on the best players from Chinese Taipei, Guam, Japan, Korea, New Zealand and the Philippines in Manila.
A team of 44 Australians took part in the bowling championships at Coronado Lanes in Mandaluyong City, Manila.
Farquharson scored a gold medal in the men's singles event, while Clark won a silver medal in the Australian teams category.
"I played a total of six games and bowled a score of 1287 and my opponent, from South Korea scored 1245," he said.
"I was confident I would do well, just because I bowled a 299 and a 300 in Bendigo before I went to the tournament."
Farquharson said when he stood up on the podium and they played the national anthem he had an overwhelming feeling.
"I previously had won a bronze medal at the championships a few years ago and to win a gold now was good," he said.
"I was pretty happy with how I played."
Farquharson has had some success at the championships previously.
He won a bronze medal in the teams category a couple of years ago at the Guam titles.
Clark said it was the first time she had donned the green and gold.
"I played a lot of tournaments throughout the year across Australia and you get ranking points from each of those events," she said.
"If you were in the top four at the end of the year you qualified for the tournament and I was third."
Clark said the conditions in Manila were tough.
"We all struggled at some stage throughout the tournament, but we all pulled it together and we were able to win silver," she said.
"It was my first major tournament and first time I have represented Australia and to come away with a silver medal was great."
Farquharson said he would now turn his attention to finishing off his league bowls season before bowling in several ranked events across Australia.
His first will be in Queensland in January.
"It is going to be a busy few months," Farquharson said.
"I just love bowling.
"I travel to all these places with my wife and we have a great time."
Meanwhile Farquharson and fellow Bendigo bowler Josh Robinson have scored perfect scores at Dragon City Lanes.
It is the sixth time Farquharson has bowled 300 in a game.
It was Robinson's third perfect game.
