It was a thrilling finish to the A-grade grand final, with Freezing Hot taking out the championship five tries to Aussie Rules' four.
In the B-grade competition, the Stormers defeated Calivil United, six to five.
Calivil finished the regular season on top of the ladder, which meant they had a free path into the decider, but the Stormers proved to be too strong in the grand final.
Bendigo Touch Footy committee member Erin Ryan said it was a successful season.
"It has been a fun and social season," she said.
Ryan said touch football was continuing to grow within the region.
"This season has been one of the biggest seasons yet," she said.
"We have done some more marketing and got the word out about the league.
"It is not as popular as other sports in Bendigo, but it is growing."
Ryan said the league was aiming to form a representative team which would play-off in tournaments against Ballarat and Geelong.
Committee members are also hoping to expand the competition in 2015.
Ryan said people of all abilities were encouraged to give touch football a go and attend its grading night on January 28 at Club Court, Strathfieldsaye at 6pm.
