Her statement was, “Family violence happens to everybody, no matter how nice your house is, how intelligent you are”.
This is not a true statement.
Family violence happens to some people in some families.
Violence is not always performed by men.
Women can and do at times, perform acts of violence.
Reports coming out almost daily, portray men generally as a pack of wife and children beaters.
Many fathers, brothers, uncles, husbands, have never abused their female family members and children.
They have shown them the greatest love and respect.
All men are not violent.
All women are not non-violent.
Please, a balance in reporting.
