The team, consisting of year eight and nine students, won its division at last weekend's event.
Team Abstract placed first in every category, including design and construction, display and presentation and the 24-hour race.
Teacher Colin Hogan said it was terrific effort by all students involved.
"It is one of the best results we have seen. To come out with the win is pretty amazing," Mr Hogan said.
The VCE team, Frank, got first place for the display and presentation, fourth for design and construction and sixth in the 24-hour race.
The junior team, 6th Element, got first place for design and construction, third in display and presentation and fifth in the 24-hour race.
More than 4000 students participated in the event.
