12.15pm: BENDIGO'S White Ribbon Day commemorations are underway, with a large crowd gathering at the Bendigo Town Hall to listen to guest speakers Inspector Ron Gardner and Anj Barker.
Bendigo men have taken an oath to never commit violence against women and children.
After the talks the community members will march around Bendigo to send a strong message that violence against women is not acceptable.
