BTA president Paul Henshall and executive officer Leon Retallick were on hand to accept the trophy at Monday night's Newcombe Medal.
Bendigo hosted the McDonalds Classic on April 5 to 9 at the Bendigo Bank tennis complex hardcourts.
The BTA is also in the running for the Most Outstanding Professional Tournament award.
The Bendigo Festival of Tennis was played from October 20 to November 5 and featured Casey Dellacqua winning both women's finals.
