Eight bands donated their services free of charge during eight-hours of non-stop music from 4pm on Saturday.
Another eight soloists or duos kept the entertainment kicking in the beer garden.
Golden Vine owner Mark Elliott said more than 130 people came through the doors, with proceeds from the gold coin donation entry going to the Leukaemia Foundation.
“There was a few people around over the course of the day and some real good bands on stage,” he said.
“There’s still a few people wanting to give donations who couldn’t be there on the night which will boost the total.”
The venue has also been collecting a gold coin donation from participants at the pub’s weekly Wednesday trivia night.
Mr Elliott thanked all musicians and sound engineers who volunteered their services on Saturday.
They included the Midweek Blues Project, Bill Barber and the Blackwood Shakedown, Magna Mouse, John Grossman Project, Stevenson’s Rocket, John Grossman Project, Indian Takeaway, Jayden Ingles, John Northfield, Brent Jane and Christopher King.
This was the fourth consecutive year the Golden Vine has run a fundraiser as part of the U.G.LY Bartender competition, which is the hospitality industry’s fundraising initiative for the Leukaemia Foundation.
