For the past week, the 12-year-old has been volunteering his time at the William Loud Bendigo International - as a ball boy. This the second time he has helped out at the tournament.
His dream is to become a professional tennis player and he is determined to do all he can to reach his goal.
"I play tennis everyday. It's the environment, it just tops it off," he said.
"The sport is a lot of fun as well. You get to make so many great friends. It's not necessarily a team sport but you still make some great friends."
Jeremy, who attends Eaglehawk North Primary School, competes in tennis tournaments across the state.
He said he admired and looked up to tennis ace Novak Djokovic.
"He is so talented and friendly on and off the court," he said.
Jeremy said his sights were set on a roll as a ball kid at the Australian Open in the future.
The William Loud Bendigo International has attracted 70 players from 22 different countries. It's being hosted at the Bendigo Tennis Association. For more, visit www.bendigoadvertiser.com.au
