More than 50 people turned out for the opening of the new salon last week.
For 15 years, the hair and beauty business has operated out of a shop at 69 Pall Mall.
But due to growing popularity and an ambition to expand its services, owner Jill Cantwell decided to relocate to a larger shop at 70-72 Pall Mall.
While the move may seem small, Ms Cantwell says it was quite the opposite.
"Our new buildings required completely new shop fit outs, which was the perfect opportunity to to refresh absolutely everything with new and edgy pieces that were both luxurious and stylish," she said.
"As L'Oreal's largest single salon account in Australia, the Jools for Jim complete experience philosophy ensures we are consistently exceeding our client expectations in all areas of hair care, styling, beauty and skin care on every visit.
"Our new premises reaffirms the fact that Jools for Jim literally is the salon for everyone. We are expanding our service offering every week, adding to the incredibly diverse range of services that already exist."
Ms Cantwell said a large part of Jools for Jim's business model was its training and apprenticeship program.
"We train and educate our entire team on site from day one of their apprenticeship and everyday see the benefits of investing in our employee’s development and careers," Ms Cantwell said.
"We are always growing and expanding and looking to provide Bendigo with the latest in hair and beauty.
"Our commitment has always been to ensure the highest level of care and professionalism and our recent renovations are just an example of that promise and our commitment to Bendigo."
Ms Cantwell said Bendigo was a thriving city and the business was excited to be part of its booming hair and beauty industry.
"There is so much to be proud of in Bendigo with a world class art gallery, the new Ulumbarra theatre under construction, national brands, first class restaurants and the home town of many successful designers," she said.
