After a first-round bye, McCarty hit 100 not out in Saturday's finish to the second round clash.
On day one the Jets were 4-12 in reply to Maiden Gully's score of 116 when McCarty took guard.
The Jets were 5-31 at the start of Saturday's play.
McCarty was well supported by Jordan Rowland, runs.
They put on more than 100 runs to clinch victory when McCarty was retired on 75.
After the fall of the ninth wicket, McCarty returned to the crease with score on 9-183 to bat with Joe Kennedy.
After batting aggressively early in his innings, Kennedy (33) batted selflessly to ensure his team-mate had as much strike as possible.
A single to mid-wicket by McCarty meant the 14-year-old had reached the 100-mark.
His innings included 13 fours and the acting captain also took 2-5 off four overs, two maiden. A great match included a catch and a run out.
