Rejection of skyscraper for political reasons, not planning, says councillor

Planning Minister Matthew Guy's rejection of a 100-level Collins Street tower that would have overshadowed the Yarra River but also would have created a large CBD park "looks like a political decision" because of the applicant's union associations, a Melbourne City councillor says.
