Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullen said two school-aged girls had been taken to Bendigo Health for further assessment.
He said a woman in her 40s was also taken to Bendigo Health with minor injuries.
All are in a stable condition.
EARLIER:
Three cars have collided at the intersection of Holdsworth Road and Gundry Street in Long Gully.
Police were called to the collision at about 8.45pm.
Leading Senior Constable Scott Andrews said the driver of the vehicle travelling along Gundry Street failed to give way.
The vehicle then collided with a vehicle driving on Holdsworth Road.
The vehicle driving along Holdsworth Road then collided with a stationary vehicle on the opposite side of the intersection.
No one was seriously hurt in the incident.
Stephen Burtonclay lives on the corner of Gundry Street and Holdsworth Road.
He said he was cooking dinner outside with his family when he heard a loud bang.
He said there had been very few accidents at the intersection over the last few years.
